Racist Monster Michael Dunn was sentenced today for the murder of Black teen Jordan Davis to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Dunn was convicted of murder after being convicted of three counts of attempted murder for missing the other three teens in a SUV that Dunn claimed threatened them with loud music and with being born Black.
Dunn received a 60 year sentence in the first trial in which the jury deadlocked on the murder charge.
The life sentence imposed by Circuit Judge Russell Healey was mandatory for 47-year-old Michael Dunn after prosecutors decided not to seek the death penalty.
“Mr. Dunn, your life is effectively over,” Healey said. What is sad , is that this case exemplifies that our society seems to have lost its way.”
Dunn is the first Racist right wing Tea Party NUT to be convicted of killing someone because they were Black in Florida. Theodore Wafer was convicted in a Michigan Court of killing Renisha McBride cause she was Black earning a minimum of 17 years in September.
