Jonathan Fleming wrongfully convicted of murder.

(AP)Brooklyn, New York – A Black man who’s family maintains that he was with them at Disney World in Florida at the time the New York State District Attorney says he was in Brooklyn shooting another man dead.
At the time of Johnathon Fleming’s trial in 1989 evidence was available proving he was indeed in Florida a thousand miles away from the murder as little as hours before and after the murder.
Indeed it was a hotel receipt that ultimately exonerated Fleming after nearly twenty-five years in prison.
All the White monsters patted themselves on the back, they righted a wrong that they should have never been perpetrating in the first place.
As usual Fleming and the family had no anger no remorse; Its OK Massa Charlie we understand the racism and myth of White supremacy that allows you to do anything to Black people you choose.
And yes if we don’t speak out about this blatant racism of railroading Black men for no other reason than a White fear of Black empowerment and ascension then we’re no better than White people.
