First Sista’s in China

Los Angles, CA–As usual whenever the Obama family takes a vacation or a trip abroad the members of our ninety-eight percent Conservative owned media swing into action with all kinda’ nonsense about how the Tax Payers are footing the bill, how the dress cost $20,000 dollars and how the shaved flavored ice cones cost $200,000 dollars– PER SCOOP!
But alas, its totally not true.
The budget for a Presidential excursion either by the President himself his family- including the Vice President and members of the Cabinet- comes out of the Defense Budget.
Whether it was by clever design or dumb luck this serves a vital and necessary function.
If indeed the travel budget for the President of the United States was left to the often bitter- more recently overtly racist- members of Congress then one way they’d embarrass America and Democracy as a whole, would be to block the funding of Democratic Party leaders when they hate them for being black.
“Well what about the overtime for the Secret Service and the gasoline for Air-Force One?”

No, the Secret Service doesn’t get overtime they work in twenty-four-seven shifts round the clock all day every day, no matter where duty calls.
The Secret Service is simply a law enforcement agency of the United States Government. They are charged with protecting the human capital and assets of this Country at all times anywhere in the world.
NOTE: Racists talking about NSA spying, surveillance and data collection but they really need to check the charter because the Secret Service along with the FBI and CIA are the only Federal agencies permitted to spy within the boarders of the United States.
That said, many wonder why do we need for the black first family to travel the world exposing the virtues of Democracy and flaunting the success of the Civil Rights and Social Justice Movements?
The Obama Administration uses these excursions not just to flaunt Democracy-although that’s part of it-but to foster increased trade.
The President has signed three trade deals with South Korea, Brazil and in South Africa that are worth eighteen billion dollars in additional U.S. exports.
To date Obama has increased exports fifty-percent since coming into office, the highest level in U.S. History.
Furthermore, if there’s any Nation that can benefit from seeing Democracy in action it would be China(North Korea would be a close second) and let us not forget, they still hold thirty-percent of U.S. Debt.
So as you watch the onslaught of stories on cable about how much the China trip is costing you the Tax Payer, hear the lies about how much the rest of the world hates Democracy and this President because he’s black, I hope you think about this article and realize their proclamations are so much racist tripe.
